Irganox L 150 is a blend of high-molecular-weight amine and phenolic antioxidants, supplied as a clear, high-viscosity liquid ranging from yellow to brown.
Characteristics
Provides oxidation and nitration-oxidation protection at high temperatures, is diluent-free for higher treat efficiency, has low water solubility, and is FDA-approved for applications with indirect food contact.
Applications
Used in gas turbine oils (0.5-0.7%), metalworking/rolling/heat transfer oils (0.1-0.5%), and natural gas engine oils (0.2-0.8%).
