Protectol® GA 50 is manufactured by BASF Group (Germany) and imported and distributed directly by Viet Duc Joint Stock Company.
Protectol GA 50 is a 50% concentration solution of glutaraldehyde (1,5-pentanedial), supplied as a colourless to slightly yellow liquid, used as an industrial biocide/preservative.
Characteristics
Has broad-spectrum biocidal activity against bacteria, fungi and other harmful microorganisms, is effective at low use concentrations, and remains stable across a range of industrial process conditions.
Applications
Used for surface and equipment disinfection, in-can preservation, microbial control in water treatment, oil and gas field operations, and odour control/sanitation of chemical storage tanks.
