Synative® RPE 1740 is manufactured by BASF Group (Germany) and imported and distributed directly by Viet Duc Joint Stock Company.
Synative RPE 1740 is a non-ionic surfactant based on an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymer, supplied as a colourless to slightly yellow liquid with a characteristic odour.
Characteristics
Has low-foaming characteristics, good thermal stability at high temperature without forming resinous residues, is easy to rinse, is compatible with other non-ionic, anionic and cationic surfactants, and has a minimum shelf life of 2 years in sealed containers.
Applications
Used as a lubricant in synthetic metalworking fluids, as a mould-release agent, in synthetic fibre spin finishes, heat-transfer and hydraulic oils, particularly in the electronics industry.
