The product range includes Organic Acid Technology (OAT) for long-lasting protection and minimal deposit formation; Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT), which combines organic acids with mineral inhibitors to broaden metal compatibility; and Silicated OAT (Si-OAT), which incorporates fast-acting silicates for aluminum engines. This chemistry flexibility enables GLYSANTIN® to support the full range of powertrains used globally — from European turbocharged designs to American and Asian platforms.

It does this by forming a thin, highly stable protective layer on surfaces, preventing corrosion while maintaining clean heat transfer. Unlike generic coolants, GLYSANTIN® formulations resist scaling and sludge formation, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted thermal performance over time.

 

Stability in Extreme Conditions

GLYSANTIN® is designed to perform across a wide range of ambient temperatures. Depending on the variant, it offers freeze protection down to –38°C and boil-over protection above 108°C. This ensures optimal operation in both extreme cold and hot climates, making it suitable for use in every global region. In addition, many formulations are designed for extended service life — up to five years or 250,000 kilometers — reducing maintenance intervals and lowering lifecycle operating costs.
